Hidden Salt Water Pool at Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik

  • Not a beach, but it is a unique experience and a hidden gem in Dubrovnik. The pool is filled with saltwater and offers beautiful views of the old town. The pool has a slippery bottom, so be cautious. Additionally, water levels vary depending on the tide for that day.


Plaža Sveti Jakov

  • This beach is tucked away in a hidden bay and takes about 172 steps down a set of stairs to get to. A cozy beach bar and restaurant are on site, and there are also sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent. After a day of diving, or sunbathing, climb a steep staircase to reach the historic Church of St. Jacob, after which the beach is named after.


Banje Beach

  • Most famous beach in Dubrovnik, can get very busy. But nonetheless a beautiful beach with a wonderful view of the city harbour and the island of Lokrum. On the beach you can enjoy the restaurant, or the lounge bar with its amazing view and the comfortable sunbeds and canopies. The beach offers a number of activities such as kayaks, parasailing, jet skis, and tube rides.
