• This beach is tucked away in a hidden bay and takes about 172 steps down a set of stairs to get to. A cozy beach bar and restaurant are on site, and there are also sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent. After a day of diving, or sunbathing, climb a steep staircase to reach the historic Church of St. Jacob, after which the beach is named after.

Banje Beach

• Most famous beach in Dubrovnik, can get very busy. But nonetheless a beautiful beach with a wonderful view of the city harbour and the island of Lokrum.
